I am currently pursuing my MA in the Department of East Asian Languages and Cultures. What I hope to investigate here at IU is the question of how we handle language use and language learning in order to help people lead richer lives.---I earned my BA in Japanese Studies from Nanzan University, where I studied student motivation for my thesis. ---In my free time, I enjoy watching Japanese Comedians on YouTube and going for a walk in the evenings!
